Engineering review build. Bev’s ML empirical pressure-drop method is used for estimates. CFD and acoustic performance are not guaranteed; confirm engine limits and actual silencer construction.

Use +0.05 or +0.50 only where Bev’s documented construction rules apply. For special CFD configurations use model-specific review, not automatic correction.

Pressure loss uses Bev’s historical ML empirical coefficients (2024 edition), not conventional dimensionless K factors. Pipework coefficients apply at the selected pipe bore; silencer coefficient applies at its own bore. Verify real internal diameters, gas properties, CFD applicability, pressure boundary conditions, engine limits and acoustic insertion loss before final design.
